We are proud to support Mane ‘n Tail Ambassador Chris Talley at Mars Great Meadow International! He used this event to prepare his long-time thoroughbred partner, Unmarked Bills for their trip across the pond to Burghley Horse Trials in September!

A Vision

This spectacular event began with a vision in 2014 by Olympian David O’Connor. He dreamed of creating an event to prepare riders for the elite World Equestrian Games in Normandy the following year. In 2015, the first CIC3* event at Great Meadow kicked off and was a success! For the next three years, Great Meadow was the host venue for the FEI Eventing Nations Cup. An honor never bestowed to a venue outside of Europe!

The United States, Canada and Great Britain utilize the state-of-the-art irrigation system and arena footing to prepare their horses for top events such as the Pan American and World Equestrian Games.

It was an exciting evening!

“Eventing will not be the only equestrian event taking place in the Fleming Arena. 2019 marks the return of the ever-popular Bareback Puissance, organized this year by five-star eventer and previous bareback puissance winner Chris Talley. The 2019 Bareback Puissance, sponsored by Mane 'n Tail, is scheduled for the evening of Friday, August 23 and offers a $500 prize.” See the full article here!
